Stardust Vacation Resort |

|
Right across the street from Heavenly's scenic gondola
sits the Stardust Vacation Resort, a timeshare gem just
steps from the casino corridor and with private beach
access to Lake Tahoe. But at the Stardust you don't
have to go far to have a good time. Resort activities
vary by the day and include bike tours, nature walks,
presentations by a noted Tahoe historian, fun and
affordable outdoor all-you-can-eat barbecues and more.
Owners can rent (for free) bikes, fishing gear and
games, or use one of the TWO beautiful pool/spa
areas... and there's complimentary coffee and donuts
available every morning. This resort's perfect for family
vacations and we have a limited amount of studio, one
and two bedroom units in our inventory.

EXPERT ADVICE: What's the advantage of buying timeshare points vs. buying a deeded timeshare week? |
|
Nancy Beaulieu, one of our timeshare real estate experts
shares this information: "Point systems are perfect for
folks who mini-vacation more often than going for a 7
night stay. FLEXIBILITY is the key."
"Knowing how you like to travel gives you the basics for
determining how many points you need. Then when
you're making your travel decisions, rather than having
to go for 7 days at a specific resort during a given
season - you determine the LOCATION, SEASON, SIZE
of unit, and LENGTH OF STAY."
Point systems vary, so if you're interested in points, but
need more details... give Nancy a call at 1-800-996-
2001. She'll be glad to share her experience with you.

We find that the people most pleased with their
timeshare ownership are the ones who USE their
timeshares. Generally, dissatisfied owners are the ones
who don't use their timeshares... and no wonder - the
value's in the use. If you've hit a place where your
timeshare isn't being used - have no fear! Our
timeshare experts can give you helpful ideas on how to
put your timeshare to good use, trade effictively, or
sell. And if you're pleased with your timeshare - now's
an opportune time to purchase another one... our
sellers have priced their timeshare to move quickly,
which is a major advantage for you! Either buying or
selling - we're here to help. Feel free to give us a call.
