summer vacations; it's close to a wide variety of
outdoor sport sites, and it's the ONLY Tahoe timeshare

The Hyatt is 1/3 of the way through a $60 million
renovation... re-creating a classic '20's Alpine Lodge.
The current phase adds a 15,000 square foot state-of-
the-art spa area which will add even more amenities to
the already first class facility. This mountain retreat

| EXPERT ADVICE: How can I use my timeshare week at different resorts without joining a trade organization? |

20 year real estate veteran, and timeshare expert, Don
Podlas, has this information to offer: "There are many
timeshare trade opportunities available without joining
a trading organization IF you own at the right resort.
Look for a resort like Perennial Vacation Club, or Royal
Aloha where your ownership week can be used at any
of the group's different property locations. This is
typically called an "in-house" or "internal" exchange...
but the bottom line is that you can have one year's
usage in Tahoe, one year in Spain, one year in Florida
and the like.
Another advantage to internal exchanges is that there
are less people "competing" for the available weeks.
The downside is that there are also generally far less
locations to choose from than trade organization
membership allows. As always, it's important to know
what you want, and then purchase the timeshare that
matches your needs."

exchange programs? Give Don Podlas a call at 800-878-
