| RCI Subscription Increases |

The world's largest vacation exchange company, RCI,
has recently announced a fee structure increase,
effective October 1st, 2002.
The 1-week subscription/renewal fees were increased
by $5 to $89/year. The Domestic Exchange Fee and
International Exchange Fees have been increased by
$10 to $139/week and $179/week respectively.
RCI allows timeshare owners trade access to over 3700
resorts in over 100 countries. Last year RCI confirmed
more than 2 million trade reservations. If you'd like
