RCI Timeshare Trading
Purchasing timeshares on the timeshare resales market does not affect RCI timeshare trading power… it DOES lower the timeshare price. Timeshare resales can be priced up to 80% off the original timeshare developer prices.
 
Some factors that DO affect RCI timeshares trading include:
  • Season owned (High season timeshare weeks are in more demand than off-season timeshare weeks)
  • Timeshare location (high-destination resort areas are much more in demand for trade than out-of-the-way areas)
  • Unit size (larger units are in more demand than smaller units)
Here's what we see experienced timeshare owners doing… they buy an inexpensive timeshare in a high-destination area. A low-priced timeshare that will trade well at a high-destination location resort is a great trade tool with a lot of leverage.
