Bill is the only resale agent recognized by the Hyatt High Sierra Lodge property management and sales office.  Now Bill has joined the Paradise Team where he will use his experience to specialize in resales at this fabulous resort.

Bill's knowledge of timeshares goes back for many years. He has owned a Marriott timeshare for 17 years. “I have personally experienced trading within the Marriott program and I will be glad to share my secrets with you.” he stated. Bill learned some of his timeshare lessons the hard way. “We used to own one week in Maui but sold it to buy a 1/6 fractional ownership at the same resort since one week in Hawaii was not enough.” Bill explained. “When we sold our timeshare, I paid two different companies 'upfront' fees to market our week AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!  We finally sold our week with a reputable company in Maui that did not charge upfront fees, like Paradise has done for 17 years, and had a good experience." 

“Our family has been on some fantastic vacations and those memories are the best part of owning a timeshare!” Bill and his wife Cindy have passed their love of travel to their daughter. She has traveled around the world and visited 30 countries before her 25th birthday. "Without our purchase of a timeshare when she was small, this would have never happened. We were able to enjoy all those great vacations in condominiums instead of small hotel rooms!"
