Conrad joined Team Paradise in April of 2004. He is a professional writer, photographer and designer in the Lake Tahoe area. Conrad has an extensive background in marketing from his years as the advertising manager for a large sports service company in Las Vegas. He is responsible for the marketing programs that help Paradise to connect buyers and sellers. This includes the web sites, monthly e-mail newsletter, blogs, direct mail program, print ads in magazines and newspapers, flyers, “Hot Sheets”, rack cards, radio and television ads. Conrad's high quality writing and eye-catching photographs help Paradise stand out above the competition.

Conrad was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He moved to Lake Tahoe in 1998. “Lake Tahoe is the most beautiful place on earth and a wonderful location to be an artist.” Conrad loves to spend time outdoors in this mountain paradise. His hobbies include hiking, snowshoeing, canoeing, boating, tennis, hunting and fishing.
