NEVER REGRETTED PURCHASE |

I came up for a relaxing weekend in July 1999 and saw the Stardust. My boyfriend and I fell in love with the resort without knowing it was a timeshare resort. The next day while trying to locate my boyfriend, I found that he was speaking to Heather and I then found out that this was a timeshare. I am the financial wizard in our home and a budget watcher. My boyfriend, on the other hand, will jump at just about anything that sounds fun and exciting withou the financial knowledge. I was absolutely against the idea without the whole story of what the Stardust was all about. I was not going to attend a timeshare presentation (I had been to presentation in the past)!!! My relaxing weekend had suddenly become stressful as my boyfriend pushed me into attending the talk about the timeshare. I came in with a bitter attitude and negative to anything I was about to hear. I was very impressed with the presentation, it had been like no other. The cost was well lower than I expected and I had decided to go ahead. I NEVER looked back and have NEVER regretted my decision. I wanted to get the cheapest unit available but instead, at the shock to both my boyfirend and heather, said, "Yes, we'll take a Galaxy". As we continued through the weekend, I talked to other owners who had been coming here for years and, in fact, met an old friend who had been a timeshare owner for over 10 years here and just happened to be up here for his week. I became even more pleased that we became owners also. Our family enjoys the Stardust immensely. We have used bonus time several times and the end result was that we left that weekend with not only our Galaxy, but I bought a second week in a Satellite for winter vacations. I again have never regretted the decision I made and the expense was well worht it. Thank you Heather and all the employees for the low pressure and family atmosphere you bring to the Stardust owners and all who visit here. I have highly recommended the Stardust to many others.

SELLER APPRECIATES NO UPFRONT FEES |

We really need to tell you how much we have appreciate doing business with Paradise Timeshare Resale. We purchased our timeshare at Tahoe Seasons in 1984 and enjoyed many years both at Lake Tahoe and several exchange locations in the Western United States and Hawaii.
The time came to sell and we signed a contract with upfront fees required. After paying the several hundred dollars, we never heard from the "realtor" again. Thinking we had selected the wrong company, we again listed the property… the same thing happened!
Then it seemed we received postcards or phone call weekly wanting to list our timeshare for sale. With each contact we would ask about upfront charges. Everyone had upfront charges! It was not that we didn't want to pay commission to Realtors' it was just that we wanted to pay commission to Realtors, after the sale, through escrow, not before the sale…
Finally, it seemed we found a company that had no upfront charges. In finalizing the listing, there was, however, an appraisal required. So, that seemed reasonable, and we began calling appraisers in South Lake Tahoe. "No one appraises timeshares," was the message I gave the listing agent. Her response was, "Oh, we do that for you,"…at a charge of several hundred dollars. There it was again, that upfront charge, only this time hidden behind another name.
So, while we were in Lake Tahoe this past August, we decided to FIND A REALTOR willing to list our timeshare! We went to several major real estate offices asking for recommendations. The vast majority recommended Paradise Timeshare Resale and spoke highly of the agents! It took two passes down Lake Tahoe Blvd. To find your office… but that was our lucky day! In our view, Paradise Timeshare Resale finally has gotten it right… with a straightforward listing, no upfront $'s, and agents who know the timeshare business! THANK YOU.

We began dealing with Paradise Timeshare Resale in 1996, when we bought our first unit with their assistance. We were very pleased with the service we received, and when we felt it was time to stop extended motorhome vacations and use timeshare weeks instead, we contacted Paradise again.
The Lake Tahoe Basin has been one of our favorite vacation places for many years and the "Paradise People" are very knowledgeable about timeshare values in the area and make sure that pricing is fair. They have even worked with the El Dorado County Assessor to assure that timeshare properties are properly valued for tax purposes. They are also very helpful and will provide information related to timeshare utilization and exchange at any time, as well as good restaurants, shopping, and recreation in the area.
To date, we have bought a total of four timeshare weeks at two different resorts with the help of Paradise Timeshare Resale. In our most recent purchase, they were unable to find exactly what we wanted while we were in S. Lake Tahoe, but we left the request open when we returned home. We were contacted several months later and were able to complete the purchase by phone and fax with no difficulty. If we ever need to buy or to sell any timeshare properties in the area, we will not hesitate to contact them again.
We feel very secure in recommending Paradise Timeshare Resale to anyone who has timeshare questions or need.
